FAQ

Are finder results officially authorized?

Only listings marked “Authorized source matched” were tied to an official PDF/locator ingest. Maps-discovered shops always need verification on the official program.

Why is my ZIP missing results?

Coverage is densest in seeded metros. Use the state hub official locator CTA, or browse nearby city pages from the related cities section.

Can I filter safety vs emissions?

Use the service filter for listed tags. Many states run separate programs — never assume an emissions site can issue a safety sticker.

Does the map show every station?

The map only pins stations with coordinates. Some official PDF rows are still awaiting geocode enrichment.
